This will be a progressive set of sessions with coaching designed to develop those with a few skills already. Coached in the warm, pleasant, blue water of our local pools, by our friendly and experienced coaching staff, these courses are the perfect environment for challenging skills without the worry of falling into cold lake water.

This course will aim to develop your skills and confidence in capsize, support strokes, rolling and rescues.
