Event Details
As part of the Hands-On Heritage Project, Ulster Architectural Heritage have been working on producing a Recording and Reporting App. Over the next couple of months, UAH have organized a series of phased recording and reporting survey trials in order to prepare participants for launch ‘in your area’. With over c.50 Heritage Helper volunteers associated with this project, we would like to extend this survey trial welcome to members of the public!
Phase one trials will take place in four locations across Northern Ireland: Belfast, Newry, Derry/Londonderry and Enniskillen. The events will consist of demonstrations on how best to record and report, a sneak peek of our Heritage: How To? Guides and free time for you to practice and undertake surveys in a controlled area, with staff members available to answer any questions and queries that you may have on the day.
Our final recording and reporting trial will be in Enniskillen on Monday 16th August between 10:30am – 12:00 pm. On the day, participants and staff members will be visiting several areas throughout Enniskillen town centre.
