At Christmas, Castle Coole transforms into a magical Christmas wonderland. For those who wish to visit Santa and Mrs Claus in the magnificent Basement Kitchen for a more relaxed experience to suit individual requirements.

Visit Santa and Mrs Claus in their festive home as they prepare for the busy Christmas season. Each child receives a personal present from Santa, whilst grown-ups can enjoy a warming mulled punch and homemade mince pies.

With a more relaxed atmosphere, less noise and a lower volume of festive music, our Silent Santa Sessions are ideal for those families with additional needs.

Please note that children must be accompanied by paying adults. Babies 12 months and under go free, unless you would like them to receive a gift from Santa, in which case a Child Ticket must be purchased. Essential companion tickets are available, please contact us directly with regards to this.We will be contacting each booker to request more information in order to personalise your experience. We will use the information provided in line with all current GDPR regulations. Please note that all bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please bring a copy of your E-ticket with you on your phone. Event costs apply to both National Trust members and non-members. The Santa experience lasts around 40 minutes, there is also other festive activities taking place over the Christmas period. For more details click here.
