Leave no Trace Awareness Training
LELP in partnership with Sport NI and Fermanagh and Omagh District Council hosted Leave no Trace Training on Saturday 19th of October 2019 in Castle Archdale Country Park.
The training provided those in attendance with an understanding of the Seven Principles of Leave no Trace and are principles for people to adhere to when using the countryside.
Representatives from organisations such as Fermanagh Ramblers, Row the Erne, Erne Paddlers, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council and Keep NI Beautiful took to the outdoors to gain a greater understanding of each of the principles.
7 Of those in attendance will attend the Leave no Trace Trainers Training in November to enable them to share the principles by delivering Leave no Trace Awareness courses.
